We believe that sustainable, system wide improvements are achieved through partnerships that operate in a culture of trust, openness and integrity. We believe everyone has something to offer and something to learn. It is through working together that practice can be shared and contributed to, a culture of mutual support can be established and new ideas can be formed. Strategic aims: Raise attainment for all attending alliance schools; seek out new and evidence proven practice that will lead to improved outcomes; ensure trainee teachers are trained to the highest possible standard; establish exceptional professional development opportunities which meet the needs of individuals; provide bespoke high impact S2SS; designating and brokering specialist, LLEs and NLEs; actively contribute new thinking and research; develop strong leadership across the Alliance; succession planning and talent management; strong quality assurance, monitoring and reporting mechanisms that allow continuous review and improvement; all work is conducted with integrity and transparency.
